Ons het in Sagewood cottage gebly en alles was netjies, skoon en pragtig. Lieflike, gerieflike groot cottage met 'n heerlike stoep en mooiste uitsig. Ons honde het die staproete baie geniet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ForestHills in Rheenendal for a weekend, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived on Friday, I was welcomed by the serene surroundings and the warm hospitality of the hosts. The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and offered stunning views of the surrounding forest. It was the perfect blend of comfort and nature, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. On Saturday, I embarked on a hike through the Kringe in die bos trail, which offered breathtaking scenery at every turn. It was such a delight to return to ForestHills after my outdoor adventures and relax in such a peaceful setting. The entire weekend was truly refreshing, and I highly recommend ForestHills to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. I will definitely be back!

This cottage is a must-stay in the Garden Route. The place is up the mountains and very quiet and peaceful with an amazing view. With a nice walkway for a short walk. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this.

Asemrowende uitsig, pragtige en gemaklike kothuis, private en vreedsame atmosfeer.

Sagewood Cottage is 'n juweel! Dit is toegerus vir twee persone, maar dis soveel meer ruim as wat die foto's verklap. Die uitsig vanaf die stoep is ongelooflik en die omgewing is stil en privaat. Die hele kothuis is deurdenk uiteengesit, ruim en gemaklik. Absoluut pragtig! Die kaggel in die slaapkamer is amazing en was 'n absolute bederf vir ons wintersbesoek. Caron is 'n fantastiese gasvrou wat ons dadelik welkom laat voel het. Ons het die rus en vrede so baie waardeer. Ons sal beslis weer hierdie akkommodasie bespreek. Dit was die perfekte wegbreek en het ons siel gevoed die paar dae wat ons op die landgoed spandeer het. Werklik!

A really comfortable place, close to San Park's forest walks set on a beautiful farm.

The cottage was well-appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walks into the forest on the property as well as the viewing deck! We would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to return one day.

It was clean, warm and welcoming.

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The space was well-equipped and generous with firewood. We entertained family during our stay and the home was very comfortable for that. If it hadn't been so very cold the pool would have been a delight.

We arrived late - during load shedding, but check-in was quick and easy - the house was ready for us. The beds were comfortable. Only 1 bathroom for 5 adults - but we managed just fine. Forest Hills is really a lovely spot - would love to return in summer.

Tranquil and relaxing.

We loved relaxing on the stoep. The house was bigger than I was expecting and very nice and clean. Our bed was very comfortable with clean, crisp linen. Will definitely be back.

Uitstekend in alle opsigte!

Taaibos Cottage is ruim, met twee slaapkamers, 'n groot leefarea en kombuis met alles waaraan jy kan dink vir 'n familie wegbreek. 'n Pragtige versorgde grasperk, swembad met glyplank en trampolien vir die kinders. Die uitsig oor die vallei is onbeskryflik mooi! Daar is 'n paar kort en veilig staproetes deur die inheemse woud wat almal se fiksheid vlakke sal pas. Ons aande was afgesluit met 'n braai en die bekorende geroep van 'n naguil wat seker net 'n paar meter van ons af was. Taaibos Cottage word sonder twyfel sterk aanbeveel! Ns. ek moet dit noem, want dis vir ons ongehoord. Die stort se water is dadelik warm!

Ons het regtig 'n fantastiese tyd gehad en die huis het alles gehad wat ons nodig gehad het. Lekker kombuis, lekker leefarea en pragtige stoep met 'n asemrowende uitsig. Die swembad was 'n groot bonus. Wens net ons kon langer bly.

Excellent cottages.

Situated off the N2 on-route to Rheenendal in Knysna, this accommodation has it all, from a tranquil swimming pool, to Wi-Fi and Netflix. We were a family of five and was easily accommodated. The cottage we stayed in had very comfy seating in the lounge area and there was a big screen television set. I love the architecture and the surroundings was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this cottage.

Rest for the soul.

An amazing place with amazing views. The view is an extra bonus and the fireplace in the bedroom. Quiet and remote. We even stayed another night longer. We will definitely return.

We stayed at Sagewood Cottage where we were welcomed by the host. We were pleasantly surprised by the large outdoor veranda, which includes a table tennis table, hammock and dart board. There is also an outdoor trampoline to enjoy. The cottage was well-equipped and comfortable.

Die huisie is omring met die natuur se skoonheid en geluide - sou graag langer wou bly, maar sal beslis terug wees. 'n Bonus was die beeldskone uitsig en pragtige dekor en rustigheid van die huisie!

Getaway into the forest, away from city stress.

It's quite far outside Knysna, 10km NNW, on the edge of the forest. The Taaibos "cottage" is a large space of interconnected rondawels with 2 bedrooms, a huge kitchen and lounge, a lavish bathroom and a big deck with a braai and pool and beautiful view over the Rheenendal valley. Right from the back door, you can go on walks deep into the wild indigenous forest. Buck and loeries come into the garden (sometimes baboons too, I believe). The hosts are friendly and relaxed.
