Description
Dolce Far Niente is a lovely wooden house situated in a secure complex in Palm Beach, a quaint coastal village near Port Edward. Nestled in the picturesque Hibiscus Coast area, Palm Beach offers stunning beaches with natural tidal pools, an estuary with an abundance of birdlife, and natural attractions.
This 3-bedroom house boasts sea views and is ideally suited for 8 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second and third bedroom both contain a double bed as well as a single bed. These rooms share the use of a second bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and a breakfast counter with seating. Furthermore, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living area leads to a lovely deck where guests can enjoy a delicious meal, braai or just relax. There is a gasstove for loadshedding.
There is also a double lock-up garage, 24-hour security and a communal swimming pool and clubhouse with a kitchen for the residents of the complex. If visitors from outside want to use the facilities, permission must be obtained from management. Premium DStv is available.
Attractions in the area include golf courses, nature reserves, animal farms, beaches, Wild Coast Casino and historic sites. Guests can watch whales and dolphins swim by from the veranda. Palm Beach has also just built a whale and dolphin observation deck at the main beach.
The house has 2 water tanks of 5000 litres which provide alternative water supply if there are water interruptions. Standby power, for the lights, fridge and TV, is also available during loadshedding.
