We loved the location.

Great location, the apartment is nicely cut. Main bedroom and bath room are very nice. The second bedroom's windows open on a discharge pit, which makes it difficult to get fresh air in the room. Unfortunately the couch is not very appealing. It urgently needs to be replaced. WiFi was only available on five days out of nine, DStv not at all.
