House Rules
Guests must sign a copy of the booking form detailing the terms and conditions applicable to their booking, which the property will send for signature.
The property will request an additional refundable security deposit to be paid by you before your check-in, which will be at the property's discretion. This will be refunded to you within 12 hours after your check out, less any applicable damages or penalties for contraventions of the house rules.
No parties or unauthorized events will be hosted at the property during your booking.
Strictly no pets allowed, unless approved upfront and with an additional damages deposit being applicable.
No noise is allowed after 8 pm out of consideration for your immediate neighbours.
No additional visitors are permitted without advance written permission from the host.
No smoking is allowed on the property, only outside. No littering.
No tampering with the CCTV cameras is allowed.
We do not charge a separate cleaning fee; however, if you leave the place in an untidy and unclean manner including unwashed dishes, additional cleaning costs will be incurred by the guest.
Any guests not respecting the house rules may be asked to vacate the premises immediately, without a refund.
