Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that there are ongoing renovations taking place on weekdays until 14:00 within the area of the complex during the low season.
On departure the unit must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessive cleaning left for staff will be deducted off breakage deposit.
G04 is a non-smoking unit. Outside facilities are very comfortable for that purpose. Your co-operation is appreciated.
The maximum number of persons occupying the unit must not exceed the number of beds. Should we find more people are being accommodated than allowed, please be advised that we have the right to ask you to leave, forfeiting your rental fees and time in the unit.
Loud noise after 22h00 will not be tolerated at The Boulders.
No glass permitted in the pool area.
Braaing is not allowed on balconies or patios. Kindly make use of the carousel braai close to the pool area.
Kindly use water sparingly – Please ensure that ALL taps are tightly closed after use. Please report any kind of leakage in G04.
The following is available on arrival:
- 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet.
- Tea and coffee-making station
- A small unit of dishwashing liquid and handy andy. As it is a self-catering unit, guests are required to purchase their own supplies of toilet paper, cleaning chemicals as well as tea and coffee.
A daily service is available which includes dishes that will be washed, beds made up, floors cleaned, bathrooms, and patio cleaned.
