Relaxing. Beautiful. Euphoric.

It was such a beautiful area and a perfect place to unwind and just take in the joys of the outdoors whether you want to just sunbathe or take a beautiful walk! My partner and I enjoyed it so much and will definitely return for an even longer stay!

Dit was 'n baie gerieflike "glamping tent" en die rivier is lekker naby vir visvang en piekniek hou.

Loyd, Vicki en Chet was die mees vriendelikste mense en is altyd beskikbaar vir enige hulp. Die kombuis en badkamers asook die braai-areas was ontsaglik skoon en goed behou!

Wonderful, but midges & mosquitoes a real problem.

Really lovely accommodation and wonderful guests. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes and midges were a terrible problem and would prove the only reason for not referring or returning to an otherwise gem of a spot!

Hi Casey, thanks so much for your feedback. These mosquitoes and midges were definitely out when you were here, unfortunately, and I understand they were annoying. They are cyclical, and not consistent, but due to our recent flooding, they do appear at times to be worse than last year. I am sure as the water settles even more, they should calm down. We have just recently added mosquito mesh to the windows in the Aframe, plus mosquito nets for the beds. We always make sure there are a few options of mosquito repellent available in the Aframe cabin and on the glampdeck, and also do request for guests to bring their mosquito repellent of choice, and always advise guests to use the mosquito repellent straight away. We are always looking for new solutions, though.
