Absolute value for money, stunning and such amazing and caring hosts. 10/10!

This far exceeded our expectations from the moment we booked (affordable). Care was taken to share as much information with us as possible ahead of arriving - but we do have some recommendations. Please update on the additional charges for dogs (we were not charged but weren't sure). Please update on the electricity charges (pre-paid electricity) as we also didn't have to pay for this but the site said we did. Otherwise, super clean accommodation with literally everything you could need for an escape to a magical place like Hogsback. We really loved the fireplace and the massive deck overlooking the forest. The rooms were all spacious and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen was a marvel with everything you could need to keep you going. A quick recommendation would be to create some sort of braai facility closer to the cabin (but I am aware that this could be a hazard). Overall amazing stay and we would come back in a heartbeat! PS - this place was equally as magical for our two furbabies with the ever-elusive fully enclosed fencing which meant that they could also have a wonderful time without their parents being helicopters. PSS - the pics on the site do not do this place justice! It's so pretty here - inside and out!

Beautiful, large wooden cabin with a gorgeous view and garden.

What a beautiful, cozy wooden cabin! I loved the central fireplace inside, and the large deck outside that looks out over the trees. My dog says she loved the huge fenced garden and also viewing the surroundings from the deck. I felt very safe as a solo traveller and appreciated the alarm system that I could switch on when I went out. The road to get to Garbini isn't the best and a high clearance vehicle is advised, but that is to be expected from the whole of Hogsback.
