Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
An R1500.00 refundable key and breakage deposit will be due before check-in and will be refunded via EFT after the apartment has been serviced after check-out.
The booking is for 2 additional guests will be charged an extra cost per night.
The apartment sleeps 2 guests privately with a third adult or child on the sleeper couch not private and for an extra fee.
An R550 exit cleaning fee is charged. For bookings of 7 nights or more, there is an additional cleaning fee of R550.00 per 7-night stay. This will include clean towels.
Clean linen can also be provided at an additional cost.
The remaining 50% balance of your stay is due 30 days prior to the check-in date i.e.: the booking is to be paid in full (including the deposit and cleaning fee) prior to check-in, unless otherwise arranged.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Discounts apply to stays longer than 15 nights, except in peak periods, please enquire.
Parking and laundry are to be arranged separately for your own account.
The apartment has large windows, children are therefore to be watched at all times and are the parent's full responsibility.
