Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The accommodation uses solar panels and has some relief from load-shedding. Naturally, certain high-demand electricity items like the oven, geysers, dishwashers and microwaves still do not work during load shedding.
Breakage deposits are refunded back into your own account within 48 / 72 hours of your departure.
No smoking is allowed inside the house, but guests are most welcome to smoke outside on the undercover stoep and braai area.
Linen and bedding are included, but guests must provide their own towels.
Guests attempting to bring along more than 4 guests without the owner's consent will be evicted without any refund for the duration of the booking period.
Guests must provide copies of their SA IDs/ Passports and proof of residence with each booking made.
We have a strict no-guest change policy for Sundays and the last day of long weekends. This allows guests booking for a normal or long weekend to only depart by 17h00.
