The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and the third bedroom is furnished with a single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge offers guests comfortable seating and a patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs.

- The cottage is situated on a working farm where farming equipment is used from time to time, so can potentially create noise.
- Goederus is in a dead spot as far as mobile phone reception is concerned. A signal can be picked up about 5 km before the farm on the gravel road.
