Golden Grass Retreat offers lovely self-catering accommodation on a farm in Broedersout. This is an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life as this peaceful and tranquil property has plenty of entertainment space for children and an inviting swimming pool.

This property offers the choice of either an 8-sleeper main house or an open-plan 2-sleeper flatlet. The main house comprises 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed and the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. A shower, bath, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. The flatlet is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The spacious living area of the main house has a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central 6-seater breakfast table. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with a fireplace. The lounge has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a pool table and a bar. Adjacent to this lounge is a jacuzzi where guests can relax and there is also an indoor braai room.

In the flatlet, there is a kitchenette equipped with a 2-plate stove with a mini-oven, microwave, bar fridge, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. There is a dining area, and a lounge space with a TV and this flatlet has a fireplace for those colder days.

Outdoor amenities include a boma and braai area where guests can gather around in the evenings. There are 2 wood-fired pizza ovens that guests can enjoy and a sparkling swimming pool to cool off during the summer. Guests are welcome to enjoy self-driven game drives in their own vehicles, offering the freedom to explore the surrounding wildlife and natural beauty at their own pace.
