Smoking and parties are prohibited.
Evidence of smoking, such as odour, ash, or cigarette butts, may result in an additional cleaning fee of up to R2000.
Do not hang washing on the front patio.
The complex is a quiet zone. Avoid playing music or making disturbances on patios, stairways, or walkways. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. Noise fines of R1 000 may apply and will be collected via your booking channel or in cash.
Reservations assume 2 guests per bedroom unless pre-arranged. Using additional bedrooms, linen, or towels may incur extra cleaning costs, which will be deducted from your damage deposit or requested through your booking channel.
Lock all doors when leaving the property during the day.
The golf cart in the garage is not for guest use. Keep it plugged in and charging if using the adjacent dryer.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in fines or additional charges.
