As we discussed, the bedding was definitely not slept in by other parties as it was all changed Friday morning before your arrival you, unfortunately, did not contact me directly to voice your grievances. So not sure who you had an unpleasant experience with. I did apologize once we got chatting on Monday as the pipe perished on the toilet, that was unfortunately out of my hands because once again you never got in touch with me to inform me of the leak. I refunded you half your money as a good gesture. I have never had anyone complain that my unit was anything other than a rating of 5.
