Private tranquility on nature's doorstep.

Beautifully located in a nature reserve yet close to Sedgefield town and beaches - our best find yet in the area.

Wonderlike potensiaal, maar 'n klomp klein probleme bederf vinnig 'n vakansie.

Die huis is in die Cape Nature Park. Hulle antwoord nie die foon nie. Met aankoms kom ons by 'n toe hek (gesluit). Julle het baie goed gehelp en die bestuurder se nr. vir my aangestuur. Dis na ons 5 km terug gery het op 'n baie slegte grondpad om sein te kry. Hy was vriendelik en gereël dat hul die sleutel vir ons bring. Ons vind toe uit dat die sleutel in Buffelsbaai afgehaal moet word. Dis was nooit gekommunikeer nie. Let wel die huis se ligging se buite Knysna, maar dis net buite Sedgefield. Met die vakansie, Oesterfees, maraton en padwerke neem dit 2 ure om in en 3 om uit Knysna te kom. (Voel dit kon genoem gewees het). So toe ons in die huis kom is ons dag verby en die kinders kon nie op die meer gaan kano-ry nie, groot rede vir die huisie se kies. Die plek is skoon gewees en afgeleë vir 'n lekker wegbreek. Let op: Daar is geen WiFi of selsein nie. Net 'n gas-webber. Die vloere is nie geïsoleer nie so soggens kom die koue deur die vloere. Ek voel vir die prys is daar beter opsies gewees.

So when we got into the house our day was over and the kids couldn't go canoeing on the lake, big reason for choosing the little house. The place was clean and remote for a nice getaway. Note: There is no WiFi or cell signal. Just a guest webber. The floors are not insulated so in the morning the cold comes through the floors. I feel for the price there were better options.
