Once the booking is confirmed, the accommodation requires a copy of the guest’s ID and a completed online information and indemnity form.
Please note that no prior viewing of the unit is allowed.
Guests stay at their own risk. The accommodation, its owners, and staff are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, health issues, or deaths that may occur on the premises.
The accommodation is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, forgotten, or stolen items. Guests are encouraged to keep their belongings safe.
Guests must use the premises responsibly and comply with all safety guidelines. Any damage caused by a guest will be the responsibility of that guest.
Guests indemnify and hold the accommodation harmless against any claims, damages, or costs arising from their stay.
By staying at the accommodation, guests fully accept these terms.
There is a curfew – all guests must return by 23:30. After this time, the doors are locked. Exceptions can be made to this rule – please speak to management.
The accommodation maintains a friendly and professional environment. Rude or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
The unit is accessible via stairs and may not be suitable for the elderly or guests with disabilities.
Bedding, towels, and swimming towels are provided for guests' convenience.
No visitors, persons under the age of 18, or pets are allowed.
Guests are asked to maintain the cleanliness of the unit and to leave it in the same condition as it was received.
Breakages will be charged to the guest at the replacement cost, and this is clearly communicated in the online information and indemnity form that must be completed prior to arrival.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Guests may use the outdoor veranda for smoking.
The unit has a shower only. The bath is not for use and is not advertised as a facility due to water conservation. For this reason, the bath plug has been removed.
Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and enjoy them in moderation. No violence, drugs, or excessive alcohol consumption is allowed. Offenders will be asked to leave the premises immediately, with no refund. Music must be turned off by 20:30.
The swimming pool is available to guests at any time during the day, at their own risk. Enjoy the spacious outdoor verandas with beautiful mountain views.
No braai facilities are available. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from various restaurants and takeaways.
There are no dishwashing facilities in the unit. Please place dirty dishes in the “Dirty Dishes” basket by the glass door. The accommodation will clean them and return them the same day.
If guests require an iron and ironing board, please inform the accommodation in advance – it will gladly be placed outside the unit's glass door for use.
For guests staying longer than two days, the unit will be cleaned under management supervision on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays – but only when guests are not present in the unit. Guests are asked to ensure all valuables are safely stored when they go out.
This unit has a second bedroom with a double bed available at an additional cost per night – ideal for two colleagues or family members who prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Feel free to message to discuss this option so that a quote can be provided before arrival.
