Lovely, clean place, nice and quiet. Everything was working.

The stay was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Dayne was super friendly and helpful with everything and anything. Thanks for all your understanding and making our stay a memorable one!

Het baie lekker gebly. Sal wel aanbeveel dat daar dalk 'n nuwe bed kom, wat nie so raas nie.

Verwelkom deur verhurings agent wat op tyd was en my alles gewys het wat beslis 'n pluspunt is. Heerlik gebly. Uitstekende ligging en 'n parkeerplek in die gebou. Uiters veilig. Skottelgoedwasser, wasmasjien en tuimeldroër is beslis uitstekende pluspunte.

Very comfortable and perfect for a business stay.

The apartment was well equipped. As a solo female, I felt very safe. Very nice walk-in shower. There are only 2 points that maybe need consideration: cheap instant coffee (everything else was of such good quality) and a lack of a full-length mirror.

Pleasant, will be referred and make use of again soon.

From day one it was great, neat, central and everything was in order. Good communication with the owner on arrival.

Place is conveniently positioned and it is a home away from home.

I really enjoyed my stay at the place. The security were very helpful.

It is very central and safe.

Very well-equipped unit, with everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, hair dryer, quality furnishings/kitchenware, wi-fi connectivity, etc.)!

Very close proximity (walking distance) to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, liquor store, Green Point Rugby and Athletics Stadium(s) and the point-to-point bus stop is located right in front of the building. Great security and round-the-clock receptionist(s) on duty. Parking bay for every unit. I would stay here again and again. Only cons are (1) that the view from the unit is not 'front-facing', as reflected on the picture taken from the roof (which is a great place to hang out, since the area, and the pool, is immaculately kept, and braai facilities are available) and (2) traffic sounds at night (from the busy street it is located in). I would, however, stay here again and again!

Heerlik naby aan die eindpunt van fietsresies by die stadium! Was erg warm buite, so aircon sou heerlik gewees het in slaapkamer.
