House Rules

- The balance must be settled on arrival. No cheques are accepted.
- Check-in time is 15:00, please inform reception if you need to check in earlier.
- Please present your ID or passport upon check-in.
- Departure: Check out time is at 10:00 am. Please inform reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given, depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate room on expiry of the period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.

Personal Belongings:
- Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. For convenience, safes are provided in each room to store any valuables.
- The management will not in any way, whatsoever, be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the guest belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or safe or any other part of the guest house, for any cause whatsoever including theft or damage.

Rules:
- No pets allowed. Guide dogs only.
- No smoking indoors. Any guest caught smoking in the rooms will be fined R200 and will be asked to leave immediately.
- Guest will be held responsible for any loss and damage to the guest house property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Only persons of 18 years and above can make a booking at Green Side Accommodation.
- It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises. The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or another area on the premises of the guest house forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guests shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
