51 Park Greyton is a well-positioned luxurious, modern home, set in a lush green established garden. It offers spectacular mountain views and a large deck with a swimming pool.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an open en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet, while the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, with a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso capsule machine, cutlery, and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools, as well as a scullery with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and fireplace.

The flow is perfect for entertaining and offers double doors opening onto a braai area and patio overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful garden. This is the ideal spot for a sundowner.
