Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off R900 cleaning fee per booking.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
R500 key- and breakage deposit is payable directly to the establishment and refundable by bank transfer within 5 – 7 working days after departure.
Linen is provided, please bring own towels.

No pets allowed.
1. No card facility available.
2. Under no circumstances will pets be allowed.
3. Please bring your own barbeque grid and cleaning materials.
4. A levy of R200-00 per person per night is payable if the number of persons exceeds the initial number stated.
5. Dishes should be left clean, dry and packed away on departure, or R150-00 will be deducted from your key deposit.
6. Accommodation is hired at your own risk.
7. No refund will be given should you decide to leave earlier than the departure date.
8. Keys will not be given until the full rental amount has been settled.
9. Right of admission reserved.
10. Cash deposit banking fees are payable by the tenant.
