Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Cleaning Fee of R900.00 per booking
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
R500 key- and breakage deposit is payable directly to the establishment and refundable by bank transfer within 5 – 7 working days after departure.
Linen is provided, please bring own towels.
Bring own braai grid.
No pets allowed.
1. No card facility available.
2. Under no circumstances will pets be allowed.
3. Please bring your own barbeque grid and cleaning materials.
Only the number of guests booked will be accommodated as requested. No additional guests will be allowed.
5. Dishes should be left clean, dry and packed away on departure, or R150-00 will be deducted from your key deposit.
6. Accommodation is hired at your own risk.
7. No refund will be given should you decide to leave earlier than the departure date.
8. Keys will not be given until the full rental amount has been settled.
9. Right of admission reserved.
10. Cash deposit banking fees are payable by the tenant.
