Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking inside the house or apartment is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties or private functions are not allowed.
No visitors are allowed.
There is a long driveway in which vehicles can park in a row. The property communicates with guests in advance about where to park. It is not suitable for trucks, caravans, large trailers or boats.
Using the trampoline is at your own risk.
Please note that there is a flock of exotic parrots living on the property.
Guests will be fined R1000 for unauthorised guests.
Guest will need to pay a late check-in fee of R500 (cash upon arrival) after 21:00.
Guests are not allowed to check in after 22:00 and the accommodation will be forfeited.
If the breakage deposit is not paid before arrival, the accommodation will be forfeited.
Our beds/mattresses are not suitable for persons heavier than 120kg.
