Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets are not allowed in the house. Please close all doors and windows when leaving, as there is a roaming cat in the area.
This is a quiet retreat, so please keep noise levels down, especially after 22:00.
Only the number of guests stated in the booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Please treat the property with care and report any damages immediately. Tidy up after yourself and leave the house in good condition. Feel free to use the kitchen, but wash the dishes after use and avoid leaving food out to prevent attracting insects. Do not move any furniture or tamper with appliances.
Always lock doors and windows when you leave.
Never leave candles or open flames unattended.
Drug use and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
When checking out, return the keys as instructed, dispose of trash in the outdoor bins, turn off lights and appliances, and ensure all doors and windows are locked.
