The use of open flames or candles is strictly forbidden, and the usage of heat-drawing appliances during load shedding on the inverter is not allowed.
No portable heaters or air-conditioners allowed.
Furthermore, no events or parties shall be hosted on the premises, and guests are expected to abide by the quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.
For long stays of 10 days or more, for good standing of the unit, guests are to pay for once-a-week cleaning of the unit payable on the day.
Please open the windows during your stay for airflow within the unit, especially during or after a shower to avoid condensation.
Any damages or breakages incurred during the stay shall be the responsibility of the guests themselves.
Please respect the unit and furnishings.

Additionally, the open-plan kitchen features a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a gas stove, which is ideal for load shedding. Guests must please bring their own coffee pods. The lounge area comprises a double futon and a TV preloaded with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video for the guests' entertainment. The property has an UPS for continuous Wi-Fi during load shedding. Harbour Comfort shares a delightful courtyard with an opposite unit. Guests seeking additional space can book both units, creating a booking for 5. Harbour Comfort provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the various attractions and sounds of the mother city and its surroundings.
