Marloth Park is a wildlife conservation area, please do not feed or disturb the animals.
Loud music, parties, fireworks and bright outdoor lights will not be tolerated.
Please do not leave rubbish outside as this will attract animals.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Kindly use the ashtrays outside.
Pets are not allowed.
Please lock the doors and close the windows when leaving the house.
Children must be supervised at all times around the splash pool.
Guests are kindly asked to use water sparingly.
Guests can use emergency lights and UPS-backed Wi-Fi during loadshedding.
Please dispose of the rubbish in the cage at the end of the driveway under the sign.
Daily cleaning is not included, but cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.
