There is no separate living area in the apartment, the unit opens up onto a lovely patio area which braai facilities. Undercover parking is available and located within the yard.

The second bedroom is a loft area that contains 2 single beds without a bathroom. The loft isn't safe for small children. All beds have electric blankets. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with full DStv channels. The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area with braai facilities.
