Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No bath towels or beach towels will be provided.
No smoking and no vaping will be allowed inside the property or on the covered stoep in front of the house.
No parties or events will be allowed.
A maximum of 9 guests will be allowed on the premises.
A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed. Parking bays are in front of the house on the sidewalk.
Please do not park on the neighbours drive way or in any way that will cause a nuisance to the neighbours.
No loud music after 21:30.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Please place the outside furniture inside the house prior to departure.
Please wash all dishes, cutlery and glasses before your departure. Please also switch on the dishwasher before your departure.
Please take out the trash before your departure. A black bin will be available just outside the house on the left side of the stoep. Blue Recycling bags will be provided for glass, plastic and carton.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
