House Rules

- Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- A cleaning and laundry service is available on request at an additional cost.
- Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated.
- No smoking is permitted inside the accommodation; guests are welcome to smoke on the patio.
- Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property. If the capacity is exceeded, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Guests are asked to please use the Wi-Fi respectfully.
- Bedding will be changed once a week for bookings of 5 days and longer.
- Guests please need to inform the establishment of any damages.
- Please note, the owner lives on the premises.
- The swimming pool and garden are unfortunately not included in the rental.
- Persons making use of Hartland Guesthouse shall do so at their own risk and the company will not accept responsibility for damage, loss, or injury that they may suffer during our stay.
