Comfortably furnished for 6 people, the house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The other 2 rooms each contain 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. A camper-cot for infants can also be arranged on request. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate mini-stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a dining table. The lounge is equipped with a TV, as well as a fireplace, and opens onto the stoep. Outdoor braai facilities are also available for use.

House Rules
- Smoking is completely forbidden inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside the house, please use the ashtrays placed in the yard and braai area.
- Avoid making noise or disturbing the other house guests, musical instruments, radios, televisions, stereos, and/or any other source of amplified sound shall be played at a volume that shall not disturb or annoy other guests we shall pay particular attention to limiting noise between the hours of 22:00. and 08:00, we also request the guests to restrain from making any noise outside the house.
- Lost key or damage to locks: The cost for replacement of lost room keys or damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of R250 for lost keys.
- Toilets: No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occur for any blockage.
- Braai: Use the fire-starters that are provided. Never leave the braai unattended once it has been lit. Keep children away from the braai area. Consider a three-foot 'kid-free zone' around the braai.
- Braai wood can be purchased at R50 per bag on request.
- Please be aware that there are bee hives around the farm; please take necessary precautions.
- Children aged between 0 and 18 pay 100% of the sliding scale rate.
