Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
1. Guests are asked to please respect the property.
2. The accommodation must be kept clean and tidy. A cleaning service is available upon request at an extra cost.
3. No loud music or noise is allowed and guests must park in the designated spot.
4. No visitors or guests may enter the premises without permission without the owner's prior approval.
5. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
6. All fires must be put out before guests go to sleep or leave the accommodation.
7. The owner reserves the right to visit the accommodation at any time when arrangements are made with guests.
8. No foreign objects may be thrown into the drains or sinks.
9. Any damage to the accommodation or contents must be reported to the owner immediately.
10. The lights must be turned off during the day or when not in use. Outdoor lights may be switched on at night.
11. Guests must please contact us immediately if they are unhappy about something.
