House Rules
Together with the keys, guests will receive a tag to enter the main gate to the Hill House building. Please look after the keys, as a fee will be charged for replacements.
There are 2 parking bays allocated to this apartment, and additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Colourful towels are provided for the beach and white towels for bathing. Please do not use the white towels outdoors.
Please ensure the outdoor cushions are under shelter when it is raining.
When the dustbin is full, please deposit the bag in the designated refuse area in the basement. If unsure, guests can always ask the groundsman, Stafford.
There is an inverter that will activate automatically during load shedding. Should there be any power trips due to load shedding, the electric board is located behind the front door at the entrance.
The study on the right side after the entrance is kept locked as it is used as a storage area for the owner, as is the small room past the laundry.
Guests should always take their cell phones when using the lift, as this is the only way to communicate in case of an issue.
Please be respectful of neighbours, as some are residents.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
Please get in touch with the host should there be any damages.
For cleaning during a longer stay, please contact the host. A cleaning fee will be payable directly to the cleaner in cash.
Please refrain from moving any furniture around.
The hair dryer is in the cupboard of the second bedroom.
The first aid kit is in the drawer of the non-en-suite bathroom. The fire extinguisher is in the top drawer where the kettle is kept.
