Please be aware of monkeys.
Black bags remain in the unit or otherwise in green bins at the complex.
No more than 4 occupants.
The cleaning fee is the exit clean fee only - additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee.
The apartment is self-catering and therefore once arrival amenities are finished please restock yourselves.
Please don’t lock house keys inside the apartment.
Fines will be implemented if any house rules are broken.
