House Rules
- The house is suitable for couples or families only. Student groups, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties or other parties and events are not allowed.
- Estate rules and house rules need to be signed by guests prior to arrival.
- Guests are required to provide full guest and vehicle details prior to arrival, for security reasons.
- Guests must comply with all estate and house rules at all times.
- No day visitors are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must please indicate if they are sharing rooms or if they will require separate rooms in their enquiry. Any additional rooms will be locked and if guests are not sharing rooms, an additional fee will be added. This applies to children as well.
- If the booking is within a week or less of the check-in date, full payment will be required to book.
- Hook Shot Manor has a combustion oven in the house. The use of eco logs is compulsory and can be purchased at R 40 per bag on arrival if guests want to use a combustion oven. One bag should be sufficient per night.
- Golf equipment can be hired from the Pro Shop at the club.
