Regarding hospitality toiletries, we no longer supply these as we get penalised for contributing to excessive plastic waste. I do keep commercial essentials on hand should guests require anything.
We did check the showerhead, which was found to be running a little slow. We have cleared it, restoring full pressure. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! The other two showerheads were working perfectly.
