Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
The person making the booking must be the primary occupant of the house.
If the number of occupants exceeds the designated 6-person capacity, additional charges will apply for their stay.
The property is not available for student lettings.
Pets are not allowed on the beds or couches; they must have their own bedding.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, inside and outside.
Guests are expected to clean up after themselves.
Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the building to conserve energy.
