House on Maxi is a self-catering holiday house in the heart of the lovely Port Owen Marina located in Velddrif, Western Cape, boasting breathtaking views of the Berg River, making it an ideal option for a group of friends or family.
This home accommodates 6 guests at a time and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The remaining bedroom contains a bunk bed and also has its own en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen, accompanied by a 6-seater dining table, is fully furnished with a stove, oven, microwave, convection oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, crockery, and cutlery.
The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV with DStv, along with complimentary Wi-Fi. Through the sliding doors, guests have their own private indoor braai area, and an outdoor dining spot perfect for sundowners.
