JoJo tank and backup battery installed for load-shedding to keep fan, fridge, and lights on.
No loud noise, parties, or events permitted or the CPF will issue a fine to protect the animals.
No smoking is allowed inside the unit.
No pets allowed. You will be issued a fine.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
All fires are to be fully attended to and extinguished before leaving the facility.
All kids are to be under full adult supervision at all times.
Do not tamper with any pre-paid meters or your deposit will not be refunded.
Please do not dispose of any foreign objects eg. Ladies' sanitary ware or baby nappies. It will instantly block the septic tank. The tank will be checked before and after a guest.
Please turn off the air-con when you go out.
