Lovely stay and great location.

We had a lovely stay at Indiana Mews 3. We were 6 people and the space was sufficient. We loved that it was so close to the beach. The apartment was neat, tidy and clean. Will definitely book it for another stay in the future.

I would have preferred to get a warm welcome and proper check-in.

Upon arrival, as the guest, you have to collect the keys from the caretaker who is 4 km away from the premises. I don't believe the unit I was staying in is well maintained (fridge and taps not working properly). Ideal if preference is near the beach, but there's very bad water pollution which subjects nearby residents to a very bad smell.

The Christmas period does present some administrative setbacks. The agent responsible for handing over the keys was inundated with guests and she did not alert me; otherwise, I would have made alternative arrangements. Taps and fridge not working is really something I wasn't aware of. Unfortunately, I have no control over the environmental issues. I have made enquiries with the HOA regarding this and there doesn't seem to be an issue, but please send me a WhatsApp message which I can then forward to the local Councillor. Be well. Thank you.

Deur die dag was alles okay, maar in die aande was daar baie lawaai aan die buitekant.

Glad nie die diens gekry wat adverteer was nie. Inklok tye was 'n groot probleem. Woonstel was eers sonder krag. Daar was nie WiFi of DStv beskikbaar nie, wat wel adverteer was. Apparate om die woonstel skoon te hou het nie gewerk nie.
