House Rules
The uniqueness of Inn Green, however, lies beneath the surface. No effort was spared to make this the most energy and water efficient facility possible. All showers are fitted with water-saving aerated shower heads and hot water is provided by recovering waste heat of the air-con system.
The building is insulated with double glazing, special light reflective paint, Led lighting throughout and energy efficient appliances. Photovoltaic panels produce between 80% and 90% of the electricity consumption by the Inn, which is unique in South Africa. Our reception is open from 06h00 to 22h00 Monday to Saturday and 06h00 to 20h00 on Sundays.
Every effort has been made to reduce noise levels from the Waterfront patrons, and although the majority of the rooms do not have windows, the state-of-the-art air-conditioning system and fresh filtered air which is circulated continuously, ensures perfect climate control.
