My stay at Inn on the Sea was amazing. It was awesome.

The place is very nice, clean, the rooms are big, but water is a problem and not all rooms have a fan or aircon.

Perfectly located, the most breathtaking views and walking distance to the beach.

Perfectly located, the most breathtaking views and walking distance to the beach. The place was immaculate and the kitchen has everything you need. We definitely will keep going back. We booked through Gradwell and Mandy was so accommodating and helpful. My family had a wonderful time. 4 beautiful bedrooms. Very spacious and cozy at the same time. Absolutely loved it.

It was very very nice.

The place is beautiful, secure, nice view. It was a very relaxing stay, the beach is within walking distance.

Its very rusty...

The place had a leaking geyser, it's very rusty and was not pure.

Thanks for your valued feedback, but unfortunately I don't understand your comment. We are not aware of any problem with the geyser and what is rusty and not pure? In order for us to give a response and to improve, if needs be, we please need to understand what you are referring to?
You've also given 2 stars for cleanliness, what area was not clean as 2 cleaners cleaned that unit before you arrived and the housekeeper also did unit inspection and all was marked as complete?
Then 2 stars for customer service - what problem did you encounter regarding customer service?

Amper lekker.

Klein probleme met onderhoud van goedere in huis, soos skottelgoedwasser en lugversorging in die kamer wat nie gewerk het nie. Geiser hardloop uit warm water na een bad en 2 storte. Baie lekker ligging.

Small problems with maintenance items in house, such as dishwasher and in-room air conditioning that did not work. Geyser runs out of hot water after one bath and 2 showers. Very nice location.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay at Inn on the Sea 3.
We have since purchased a new dishwasher and the geyser temperature was turned higher. We will also have the air conditioner repaired.
