Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Please do not throw any foreign objects, sanitary objects, sanitary pads or disposable nappies into the toilet, as all holiday homes have some form of septic tank.
No noise after 10 pm during the week and 11 pm over weekends. Please keep the volume of car sound systems at a reasonably low level.
No braais or fires may be used indoors, on enclosed verandahs, balconies or wooden Please only use the specially designated braai areas and ensure all doors and windows are closed to prevent the braai smoke from entering the house.
No fireworks are allowed on the premises as Leisure Bay is a fireworks-free zone.
No furniture or utensils may be removed from the premises nor may any furniture be moved around.
Please leave the premises as you found it.
The kitchen is to be left clean and tidy, and all dishes washed and put away. A R200 penalty on dirty dishes will be charged.
On departure please ensure that the burglar alarm is set and that all windows and doors are locked.
Please inform the host of any breakages or damage in the unit so that they can establish a replacement cost.
The host is not responsible for the service delivery from the local municipality.
