Very nice, but not very personal.

One cannot fault the location of amenities. If you like staying in a place where it's self-entry and impersonal, you will like it a lot.

Check-in is normally in the afternoon after 2pm when I am able to meet and greet my guests. You requested, on short notice, an early check-in at 11am; I was able to accommodate your request but sadly unable to meet you, and therefore I have a lockbox as backup for guests to check in at their convenience. I am so sorry that you thought it impersonal.
