Optional heating of the swimming pool at an additional R250 per night of your stay, provided that loadshedding is not higher than Level 2.
House Rules
Please note that the neighbouring property is under construction since February 2024, causing some noise and impacting on privacy and sea views near the pool. The works are progressing at speed and should be done within a few months.
Please note that a surcharge of R250 per day will apply to have the pool heated, and a lead time of at least 3 days is required. As the pool is electrically heated, this optional extra service will not be available under loadshedding higher than Level 2.

The house is pet-friendly within reason and prior arrangement.
Kindly note that the maximum number of guests is strictly applied, and is subject to an additional charge of R750.00 per extra person per night, if exceeded. As we are surrounded by permanent residents, we kindly require our guests to adhere to the Code of Conduct of the Jacobsbaai Ratepayers Association, with no excessive noise; quiet times of after 22h00 on weeknights; 24h00 on weekends; and 13h00 to 17h00 on Sundays.
