Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The capacity of the units should not exceed the maximum capacity. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to leave with immediate effect or the booking will be cancelled, and no refund given.
Regrettably no refunds on early departure.
The guest will be held liable for any damages or losses in the units.
The Proprietor, his agent or its employees shall not be held responsible for personal injury, death or loss/theft/ damage to property that may occur during the guest’s stay on or about the Proprietor’s premises.
Smoking is not allowed in the units, if so, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and guests are required to clean up after their pets.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
On departure, please call the hosts so that they can book you out and wish you a safe trip.
