Janmar is a guesthouse that is situated in Universitas Ridge, a secure and friendly neighbourhood of Bloemfontein, which is conveniently close to the N1.
All rooms are exquisitely furnished with comfort and luxury. Amenities include full-length mirrors, sufficient electrical outlets and railings in the bathrooms. Each room has its own separate entrance, which assures privacy.
The Single room is absolutely private. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed and has a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The room boasts a microwave, fridge, cutlery, TV with M-Net, a movie channel and a SuperSport channel. All linen and towels are supplied.
Double En-Suite 1 is a lovely spacious room furnished with a double bed which can accommodate 2 guests and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. Enjoy the scenic view of Bloemfontein from the balcony which is exclusive to this room.
Double En-Suite 2 is a beautifully furnished room with twin single beds and en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The room can accommodate 2 guests and has its own entrance into our secluded tranquil garden.
Both Double rooms offer all bedroom- and bathroom amenities, built-in cupboards, fridge, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery, TV with M-Net and DStv, air-conditioning and a overhead fan and electric blankets for winter. These rooms do not have a stove.
The 3 separate units each comprise a living area with kitchen, bathroom and secure parking. Included in these units is microwave, kettle and a toaster.
The guesthouse has solar geysers and solar panels with a battery backup.
It is also close to all amenities within a 10-minute drive, e.g. Mimosa Mall, Loch Logan Waterfront, major hospitals, Grey College, University of the Free State etc.
