- No loud noise or music, parties or events are permitted.
- No smoking will be allowed nor tolerated in the unit.
-Jbay is under strict water restrictions. No hosepipe usage to wash cars.
- Personal laundry is available at Jbay Laundry if services are required.
-Please be aware to limit bathing and stick to short showers please.
-Load shedding is continuous, hours will be given to you upon arrival.
-Lanterns, lamps, and candles are on-site for load-shedding periods.
- Pets are welcome, additional fee charged for cleaning carpets.
