Dit was héérlik saam met ons 3 honde. Die groot erf is goed omhein, naby die wandelpaaie en plein. Die in- en uitboek het vlot verloop. Groot TV met al die kanale.

Quiet and peaceful.

We had such an amazing time. The accommodation was centrally located and only a quick walk to the town square. The accommodation itself was cosy and comfortable. We had eagles and owls nesting nearby, which was a real treat. We had heaters and lots of blankets, so we were very cosy and comfortable. The only thing we struggled with was a tin opener and sponge. The fireplace chimney was also broken, so after a few hours of having the fire on, we had to air out the place.

Excellent, we really enjoyed our stay. Such a beautiful, stylish cottage. Loved the porch with its beautiful view. Spotless clean and comfortable. Would love to visit again and most definitely recommend to everyone.

A pleasant retreat at Jesshil: convenience, comfort, and courteous service.

Jesshil offers convenient access to the town center, with Clarens Conservancy Trails just steps away. Our golden retriever thoroughly enjoyed the expansive garden and observing the surroundings from the deck. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering needs, and both the bedrooms and living areas provide comfortable accommodations. While the addition of hand-washing soap in the bathrooms would further enhance the amenities, I do suggest that housekeeping pays closer attention to cleaning the showers to remove any insects, spider webs, and hair. Additionally, ensuring the cleanliness of the 'clean glasses' in the kitchen would be beneficial. Despite these minor concerns, our stay at Jesshil was delightful, and we would certainly choose to stay there again on future visits to Clarens. Furthermore, I must commend the efficient and friendly communication with the property owner. They graciously accommodated our request for a late check-out, which enabled us to fully enjoy the Clarens Conservancy Trails on our last day and return to the cottage for a refreshing shower afterward. Their flexibility greatly contributed to our overall positive experience at Jesshil.

Ons het baie lekker by Jesshil gebly en sal die verblyf vir enige persoon aanbeveel.

Goed toegerus en baie sentraal geleë.

Cottage was lovely and very well equipped. We had a lovely stay.

When collecting the keys around 13:15, the office was closed although the time frame for collection of the keys said 14:00 at the latest. Luckily, the friendly shop owner adjacent to the office managed to get hold of the lady before she left. We had an unforeseen visitor at the door, asking to wash the car, even though the motor gate was closed (not locked though).

Baie goeie keuse in Clarens. Uitstekende verblyf en troeteldier vriendelik.

Ons het dit baie geniet. Stap afstand van restaurante. Sal vir seker weer gebruik!

Jul effektiwiteit het bygedra tot 'n heerlike kuier, dankie.

Heerlik en knus. 1 Of 2 klein ekstras sal bydra tot die bederf. Gaan beslis weer hier bly. Die klein stukkie grondpad na huis (dalk 10 m) is effe rof, maar moenie dat dit jou keer nie, die juweel van 'n huis is dit werd.

Vinnige wegbreek.

Verblyf was gemaklik, maar daar kan beslis aandag gegee word aan kleiner details. Geen seep of toiletsproei in badkamers nie, en die stort is of kokend of yskoud. Sodra jy aan die kouewater kraan raak, is daar geen warm water nie. Beslis ook nie pet friendly vir kleiner honde nie, want ons Jack Russell het uitgekom by die hek, want daar is 'n groot gaping, en honde op al die eiendomme rondom veroorsaak nogals 'n storie. As mens net verblyf soek vir een nag, is dit okay, maar vir langtermyn nie te ideaal nie. Die pad na die huis toe was 'n moddermassa, en kleiner voertuie sal vir seker vasgesit het. Dit was na baie reën/sneeu so, maar net iets om in ag te hou. Geen waslappies in die kombuis nie, en meeste items in die kombuis was vuil en baie vol stof ook.

Lekker, maar kan beter.

Dit was nie sleg nie, maar baie klein details wat oorgesien was wat dinge dalk 'n bietjie gemakliker/netjieser/skoner sou maak. Verkieslik ook 'n hoë motor nodig aangesien die pad soontoe bietjie rof raak.
