House Rules

No parties are permitted.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms. There is a designated smoking area outside the building.
Each room allows a maximum of two adults, and children under 12 years old to stay for free.
Guests are offered a complimentary Nespresso coffee upon arrival if they have not booked the Diamond Rooms, as these rooms have their own Nespresso coffee machine.
Lunch and dinner packs are available upon request at an additional cost.
Catering for intimate and more extensive requests are available, both on and off-site, with arranged deliveries.
Please note that all extra requests need to be communicated in advance to ensure guests' stay is as comfortable as possible.
Shuttle services and airport transfers are available for pick-up and drop-off when guests arrange in time.
All breakages must be paid for before the check-out date and time.
The booking rates include the cleaning fees as the house comes with a designated cleaner and security.
