Clean, well kept. Lovely for travelling business people too. Mini kitchen with all facilities available. We were worried about abandoned houses in the vicinity, but they have been earmarked for Gautrain extension and have 24-hour security guards, so all was well. We were also worried about no electric fence on top of the wall, but with at least 3 security companies in the direct vicinity, our concerns were unfounded. We thought some guests were going to be rowdy, but within 5 minutes of booking in they went quiet. The place is around the corner from our son and daughter-in-law, so we will be back.

Comfortable enough.

I had an okay one-night stay, although my sleep was interrupted by staff and other guests making noise in the parking around 7 am, and I had a cold shower as the hot water ran out. WiFi also seems to struggle in unit 2.

Baie gemaklik. Net Sondagoggend was daar geen water in die plek en niemand om te help nie.

My stay was very comfortable, and the location was amazing. The scenery and relaxation were perfect for a weekend getaway.

Stay was comfortable enough but I do prefer their other units and was a bit put off by dust on bedding.

Stay is always comfortable but cleanliness is an issue that is yet to be resolved. The dishes weren't properly washed (as with my previous stays) and the closets were dusty.

Our stay was peaceful. No noise, no disturbance within the premises.

Disappointing.

The first night was good despite us getting a noise complaint for speaking normally. But it went downhill fast. Why have a BnB with a beautiful kitchen that is barely stocked? Barely any plates, hardly any cutlery or fridge space, and no oven-safe dishes. No dishcloths; we had to buy our own. It was a mission getting towels and toilet paper, and then only 1 out of the 3 rooms was cleaned during our actual stay.

We had such a great time. Definitely will be going back. Staff is so friendly and always willing to help, very welcoming too.

Hidden gem.

Had a very comfortable stay in this particular unit. It was spacious and well laid out. The unit was also fully equipped.

Central location with access to amenities.

The JHB Ferndale C and C Hotel Vibes is ideal for business travel and I will certainly return. However, more attention needs to be paid to cleaning as the unit was dusty throughout and in the closets. The dishes also weren't properly washed. Other than that, the layout, location, amenities, and customer service from the ladies that welcomed me were great.

As hulle hul interne kommunikasie en kragprobleme uitsorteer.

By aankoms het ons gesukkel om by die hek in te kom. By die derde keer dat ons geklokkie gedruk het, het Maggie op haar tyd uitgestap en die hek vir ons oopgemaak. Eerste woorde: they do not have electricity?! Duidelik het hulle ons nie verwag nie. Ek moes vir haar 'n bewys van betaling/boeking gee. Ek het die kontakpersoon op 0833203157 probeer bel, maar die nommer het steeds na voicemail gegaan. Ek wag ook steeds op 'n antwoord na haar e-pos vroeër in die week. Maggie het laat haar 'baas' ons bel vanaf nr 0727653047 - steeds nie seker wie hy is nie. Die kragopwekker is glo aangesit van 6 uur die middag tot 10 uur, en daarna was ons sonder krag en 'n dakwaaier. Ons het uitgebak in daardie kamer. Iewers in die vroeë oggendure het die krag vir 'n wyle aangegaan, en toe weer af. Ons kon nie koffie maak nie, en ons goed in die yskas kon nie regtig koud bly nie. Iewers vroeg in die oggend wat die krag seker aan was, vermoed ek daar was wasmasjiene aan wat teen ons kamer se muur was, want dit was 'n helse lawaai. Die aand toe ek en my vriendin teruggekom het van ons funksie, was daar gekuier in die spasie langs ons kamer, van so 'n aard dat ek teen 11 uur die 'eienaar' gebel het en gevra het om te help. Ons was die enigste gaste wat ek kon sien op die perseel, en wou nie alleen uitgaan nie. Toe ons opstaan, was daar nie krag nie, so ons kon nie koffie maak nie. Ek wonder net as ons nou moes regmaak om kliente te gaan sien, wat dan? Soos genoem, die plekke self was perfek vir wat ons nodig gehad het, soos op die foto, maar die kommunikasie tussen die eienaar is verseker 'n probleem. My opinie, as jy 'n oornagplek wil bedryf, veral waar besigheidsmense dit gaan gebruik, gaan jy maar moet belê in kragopwekking as jy gaste het, en indien nie, moet jy dit op jou T&C van die plek aandui. N.B.: Ons het probeer om aan die WiFi te koppel, maar kon nie, dalk omdat die krag af was?
