House Rules
Prior to arrival, guests must choose between a breakages deposit or damage cover through the accommodation's third-party supplier, Superhog. They will contact guests via email and/or SMS to complete the process. Guests must do this prior to arrival so guests can check in quickly and easily.
Pets are welcome at an additional fee of R500 per pet.
For extended stays, an additional cleaning will be provided after ten days and then every seven days.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking may stay overnight, and an accurate guest count, including short-stay visitors, is required at booking, with additional charges for extra guests.
Guests are asked to use water and electricity reasonably, with excess electricity usage billed separately.
City water restrictions must also be observed.
Please enquire about the property's electricity allowance.
No loud noise after 10:00 PM; neighbours should be respected at all times.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only, away from doors and windows.
Laundry must not be hung on balconies or railings.
The property may not be used for events or commercial purposes without prior written approval.
Unauthorized commercial use will incur a fee of R10,000 per day.
Guest verification will need to be completed through Truvi, a third-party provider. This is done to ensure guests are kept up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and to provide extra protection for both our guests and our properties.
