The area experiences occasional power outages, especially after storms, which can affect Pringle Bay and Betty's Bay for more than 48 hours. During outages, guests must use gas for hot water, stove-top cooking, and the fireplace. The establishment cannot be held responsible for these events, and no refunds will be issued due to power interruptions.
Juntos is a strictly non-smoking venue. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Pringle Bay is part of the Kogelberg International Biosphere Reserve and has registered conservancy village status.
