Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
There are no credit card facilities. Payment should be made via EFT.
Cheques are not accepted.
Please ensure that your bill is fully paid 48 hours before check-in. This payable amount includes the balance and the R500 breakage deposit can be paid into the LekkeSlaap or KaiaMina account.
Openview, Disney+ and Netflix is available.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
Pets are not allowed.
The unit is available for rent throughout the year.
The unit is not suitable for matric or student holidays.
Please don't take anything out of the unit.
Please maintain a reasonable level of noise after 21:00.
No guests other than those who have been indicated on the booking (the unit can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults) are allowed to stay in the unit.
The booking is non-transferable and only the person in whose name the booking was made, will be allowed. In the case of businesses exceptions can be made.
